What has to be resolved in part 2?
Who is Vesper's boyfriend? Is Mr. White still alive? Bond must let him go to follow the money. Obviously, it's used to fund terrorism in Montenegro (in the former Yugoslavia, Albania, Crotia region).

Dominic Greene, inside Green Planet, an environmental movement, actually intends to stage a coup d'etat in Bolivia for their huge natural gas reserves (the seond largest in the world). Greene is helping ex-General Medrano get back into power. Bond must stop them and deal with whoever killed Vesper.

PLOT:

A1. White is shot and taken into custody.

A2. Car chase in Siena, Italy.

C1. Stairway. Austria. M and Bond interrogate White.

A2. Forensics has fingerprint at bank account in Haiti.

C3. Haiti (shot in Panana). Meets Camille. She's a quantum of solace. Misses Vesper.

Meets Agent Field. Camille is a quantum of solace. She's a Russian agent working with the terrorists in Africa.

Hence the poster indicates Africa and points towards Russia.

A6. Airplane fight. Agent Fields killed. General Medrano killed.

A7. Bond tackles Greene dangling inside the skyscraper.

QUANTUM OF SOLACE is a short story taken from an Ian Fleming collection of five short stories. Bond is told a story by a man about his own marriage. When Bond walks back to his Nassau, Bahamas hotel he reflects on his own life has been too rushed and violent to smell the roses. So, in BOND 22, presumably, Bond will reflect on the recent loss of Vespar Lynd. It's an authentic repackaging of a Fleming piece, since they've used up most of his stuff.

But a Bond film must have extreme action, not two guys talking, so let's look at what could be in store:

Kristatos is supposed to be a CIA agent, but M no doubt knows he's dirty, hence the killing assignment for Bond. Kristatos is the double agent Rene Mathis. So, who is Columbo? Mr. White. Did he die? Before he dies, Kristatos/ Mathis reveals the real bad guy is Columbo. He meets Columbo at Skadarsko Lake (IT'S A GREAT LOCATION!). Columbo is running heroin from Rome (or Venice) into England. I prefer they're trying to write off the London Club commercial debt.
